Default Deck Door Support Hinge

Would anyone have any photos of the two different types of Deck Door Support Hinges (original) as seen on page 283 of the September 1928 Ford Service Bulletin?

Thanks.

Morning Gary...

I would assume it had "D" nuts in the lid?

Yes Dudley. The upper bracket is actually the same on both types of supports and the screws screw into "D" nuts

Thanks Gary!
I was fixated on the "screw holes" and didn't look at the hinge,...duh!

Vince,
The picture Dennis posted looks very close to the one on my 28 coupe. It works perfect.
