Default Wheel hardware question

I am sending my hubs, rims, and new nut and bolt hardware down to Stutzmans Wheels Service in the next week or two for new spokes.
I am converting the rear brakes to the disc setup sold by Langs. Do I need the brake disc itself to send along for them to assemble the rears?

Langs is not Stutzmanns - LOL!

Noah only needs the hubs and the plates and bolts. They will not peen the bolts. So you can install discs or drums after the wheels get to you, then peen the bolts. Shipping the drums or discs across the country and back is not going to help them respoke the wheels for you.
