Default original roof leatherette material

Does anyone have a car with the original leatherette material on roof?
If so what do you use to protect it?

Along about 1965 I had an October 1928 Fordor which I bought from Red Grow. It was a low mileage original car in excellent condition (until I spent 10 years using it as an everyday driver). It had the original roof leatherette material. I used an Armoral product to keep it 'live' and flexible, such as the products now used to keep our modern cars interiors in good health.
