Is spring eye to spring eye the same as hub face to hub face? I don't see that....

Not sure why, but the StreetRodder article measurements are slightly different from the ones V8Coopman posted. Would guess it has to do with how you take the measurements. Here are the SR numbers if you can't read the chart in the scan.
The numbers are year(s)/Backing Plate Width/Outside Width/Spring Hanger Width 35-36 / 51.25 / 59.25 / 48.50 37-40 / 51.25 / 59.25 / 48.50 41 / 51.25 / 59.25 / 46.75 42-48 / 53.00 /61.00 / 46.75 |
