Default Stipe shocks available

I put my name on the list last Dec. for new shocks, and got a call yesterday that a set was available if I still wanted them. In Feb. I found a good set of originals and installed those, so I don't need the new ones. Perhaps someone here might want them, though, and if so, you should call Stipe's soon. These things go quickly. Just sharing.

Well last weekend, it took this newbie 1 day to do install the front ~4hr. and about 2 for the rear pair.. A learning curve due to my ignorance... That said, the stipe shock made my shock-less Tudor handle totally better!!! Amazed how much better the car is...

The snow and ice is finally gone here and I finally got a day I thought would be good to paint my new Stipe shocks. The first two pics are "before" and the last "after" paint. The light reflecting off the new paint almost makes the shock look unpainted.

I agree, those are beautiful shocks.

I've always wondered how that letter stamping is done?

In a large stamping press all in one stroke. $$$ to set up. Payback is quick. Smart way.

No. Just light reflecting off the new black paint.
