Hardware Order on Radiator Support Rods

I have a question on the order of the radiator support rod hardware (hollow 29 rod) at the firewall end.

Do I have this right -

Only the head of the rod slips into the bracket atttached at the firewall.

In front of this bracket first goes a cup washer, then a lock washer, and then the nut. Is this correct?

Also a picture would be great as the original cup washers that I have are similiar in construction to lock washers. Is this right?
