Try fordwood.com They make a lot of Model T amd Model A wood. Standard top bows are not curved, right? If so, you could whittle your own. Do you have original wood good enough to use for patterns?

I think Sacramento Vintage Ford sells just the top bows.

Snyders Antique Auto Parts, Springfield, OH (30-31 standard roadster top wood bows part # A-42056-C $93.75). They are a major supplier of Model A and T parts and are close to you.

Wayne if you have curved HOOP shaped bows it sounds like a Deluxe frame
Post some pictures of the frame you have , as the bows are different . You don't want to waste your money on parts that don't fit!!! John Cochran |

3340,
Those are Standard Roadster bows. The wood from Snyders is only the straight portion. I believe that folks cut thin wood strips and fill in the curved sections with a number of them after soaking them to get them to bend without breaking. If I am wrong, please correct me as I have a 30 Std Phaeton bows to put new wood into. |

Yes !! Standard bows , Good luck repairing the metal curved pieces ,
I don't know if anyone sells them on their own without the rest of the top kit . Maybe someone here will chip in and tell us . John Cochran |

Wayne: The top irons with the white top material are original 30 standard roadster. The ones with the black vinyl top material are 28-9 repros. They will not interchange because the distance between the windshield stanchions is much greater on the 30-31. If you look carefully, you can see that the mechanism itself is different. The 30 roaster top has a locking nut identical to the locking finger nut used on the windshield swing arms of closed cars. The 28-9 top does not have this feature. It locks in place by itself.
It's a rainy day here in Wisconsin, and I just finished painting a pair of front fenders for a 29 pickup and am sitting here at our computer waiting for the paint to dry. ![]() |
