Default Mystery novel featuring Model A guy...

Hope y'all don't mind if I drop this quick holiday-season reminder of the mystery novel I have written that features a Model A enthusiast as its main character.

Perhaps it could make a nice gift for a loved one who faithfully supports you and your hobbies?

Here is the link:

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008NEZXHU

(I've been a reporter at The Indianapolis Star for 20 years, and this is my first work of fiction. The Model A on the book's cover is my father's '31 Tudor sedan.)

If your interest is in a "hard copy" of the book, by the way, rather than the Kindle download, I can save you $1.50 off the Amazon price if you email me at [email protected].

Thanks, sincerely, for any interest, and here's wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

When you say "Hard Copy", is that the "paperback" that's listed on Amazon? (as opposed to the Kindle version), but not a "hardback".

That's correct. The book is softcover. (It's 5.25" X 8" -- not small like a "dime-store paperback.")

Maybe I could have chosen a better term than "hard copy." I just meant to distinguish between a physical book as opposed to a digitally downloaded book....

Thanks!

FYI - I purchased the book from Amazon a few months ago, and read and enjoyed the book very much while on vacation.

After I told my wife about it earlier this year, she purchased and enjoyed the book on her Kindle.

Got the book from Bill...

My wife read it and said it was excellent... I plan to read it as soon as I finish another I'm into - unfortunately, I'm a slow reader and the one I'm working on is kinda big...

Thanks Bill - particularly enjoyed the very first page...

Hey, I'm really humbled by the response here. This is the first time in a few days I've stopped back at FordBarn.com, and I see a half dozen new comments on this thread, all of them very encouraging. THANKS!

I just finished reading "Henry's Lady" and I must say that it's one of the most engrossing novels I've read in a long time. Naturally I love seeing a Model A play a key role, but even without that bonus it's a really exciting story, and a real page-turner with a particularly satisfying and well-crafted ending.

I'll be looking forward to more of your work in the future. Huge thumbs up!

Wow I can't wait to read "Henry's Lady! I bought a copy from Bill a few weeks ago but haven't started reading it yet because I was on call for jury duty and was waiting to see if I was called to report which I wasn't. I thought it would be a great way to pass time while waiting and waiting...
But now that I won't be called in I'll start the book tomorrow.
