Weber Carb choke

Those of you using the Waber Carb, I'd be interested in knowing how you hooked the choke up. I looked for a fexible cable, like that might be used on lawn mower, didn't find anything that I liked.

Any ideas?

I got one from a propane dealer years ago. It has a plain chrome knob.

Arizona model a has one that's pretty nice that has a chrome type covering on it. The only bad part is that it's $40.

I have one of these and it works perfectly, looks "almost" original.

This handy choke cable is used when you have converted your Model A to a downdraft style of carburetor. Fastens to the support bracket on the bottom of the gas tank where the original choke rod normally was supported. U.S.A.

On the roadster pickup we used a Weber with an electric choke.

my weber doesnt use a choke . i rely on the accelerator pump . so far no problems .

I don't run a choke cable but live in a mild climate.

Thanks for the responses. You all that live in mild climates don't have to use a choke, well I'm in Kansas City and it was 6 degress here last week. I need a choke!

Talked with Snyders and ordered one of there's.

I've had a Webber for several years and choked it the first time I started it up....Never needed to since.I'm in the Sierra Foothills and we do get a few cold days from time to time.
