I like to keep my Model A's as original as possible but I like to be safe also.
I recently purchased ( Snyders ) and installed LED turn signals on the rear of mr Roadster pickup truck. These are very unique, small round / octagonal lights that slide into the end of the top rail on the pickup bed. They are a simple installation. They come in 6 and 12 volt, mine are 6 volt. They can be used for directional signals or parking lamps.
They are amazingly bright and I am truly impressed. They sell for about $105.00 dollars a set at Snyders ! The best accesory I have ever bought for any of my A's. If you are not a purist you will be very glad you bought them ! I have had other A owners pull me over at the side of the road to look at them because they were so impressed !
