Default unseen issues with the '33

I posted these at the end of a different post that started with my speedometer cable.
Now after removing the floorboards to remove the cable I found 2 other possible problems.

Picture #1 looks like the spring broke apart in 2 places and in picture #2 it appears that the clevis and connecting rod is bent way out of alignment.....I haven't noticed any driving, swaying, steering or stopping issues that would have alerted me about these two problems, now having access to see these, I suppose it's a good time for some other mechanical maintenance!! Where can I get a new spring ???
