Default Drain on battery?

Is there a "quick and easy" way to determine if there is a drain on my '52 F1's battery? (Without waiting to see if battery goes way down over a few days time, that is) I have had battery problems and have just replaced some wiring which appeared to have been damaged by a short. Would like to be able to check to see if I've fixed the real problem. Thanks!!!

Put a test light between the battery post and the terminal, if it lights, you have a drain
