Crush Washers
Has anyone ordered crush washers from Mac's and gotten hard washers that don't work? They leak!
Does anyone sell the correct mallable washers for '40 thru '48 Ford front brake hoses. |

I have had the same problem with hard copper washers. I just used a propane torch to get them red hot and let them cool slowly. It softens the copper and it will "chrush" and seal much better.
