1934 Ford gas tank pickup unit

Where would I begin to look for a fuel tank pickup unit for my 1934 Ford?
Today I very carefully pulled mine out only to discover that it was corroded to the point of crumbs held together by the gunk in the tank and the tank was full of deep rust to the halfway line.

I really do not want to put a modern fuel pickup in the replacement tank as I really like the liquid gauge on the stock dash.
