Angry 37 Ford High Revolution Miss

REV THE ENGINE IN NEUTRAL AND IT MISSES. i HAVE REPLACED THE COIL AND CONDENSER. I ALSO, CHECKED FOR LOOSE CONNECTIONS OR COULD IT BE CARBURATOR FUEL PROBLEM. IT RUNS FINE AT IDLE.

It could be carb or fuel pump, maybe an obstruction in the fuel line. and it could also be distributor. One set of points might have closed up.

How high do you rev it? 3000? Some foreign point sets have weak springs and "float" at high rpm's causing a miss. Find someone who has a distributor tester. Skip can test it and has quick turnaround. John
