28 naugahyde spare tire cover question
 Help !! I tried to install my 21 inch spare tire cover yesterday,but could'nt get a good fit. I left it in the sun for 45 mins, as per instructions, and pulled the draw strings tight. The front side is a very loose fit and the back has raised puckers all the way around .Is there something I'm missing here. Would appreciate your help.Warren |
