tailight mounting brkt location

Hi Guys: I'm working on a 30 Coupe and need the location of the tailight Brkt on the rear fenders. The fenders have had so many holes and welds in them I'm not sure of the right location. If you can give me a height location from the lower edge of the fender to the top or centre hole in the tailight brkt. it would be a big help.
