Default Twolite Headlamp Script Typeface

I have got several headlamps for my 1930 A. However, one of them has a bold typeface to the "Twolite" script. I have not found anything about this in the JS. Can anyone explain if this was normal variation or a special case. The first picture shows the lamp with the bold script, and the second one the "normal" script for reference.

25-30 years ago I did an article in The Restorer along with Enrique Kline on headlamp scripts. He did the '29 scripts and I did the '30-31 scripts. I'm pretty sure the '29 variations totaled four like my '30-31 scripts did. They were similar in both cases as the scripts varied dimensionally.

There were three versions that I call hairline scripts where the lines were very fine and crisp. The first was one that I'll call squatty or compressed lengthwise. That is the one you show on the right.

The second was similar but probably a good 1/4" longer. This version is sometimes weak at the top of the oval and often missing a small part of the loop in the "P" as well as part of the lower left leg of the "H".

The third was similar to the second although the character spacing was different. This version was often stamped so deeply as to slightly depress the shell around the oval. This is what I have on the Roadster and is pictured below.

The fourth or last one is the version you show on the right. It obviously has a bolder typeface as well as a bold oval.

As noted above, all four versions have uniquely different character spacing or layouts so it doesn't have anything to do with "how" they were stamped.
