I want to replace my patent plate on the firewall. I have a 32 bb 1.5 ton truck. Is the plate the same for the cars and trucks. Mac's has the plate, but he wasn't sure if they were the same.

There's an early and a late plate and I believe that only the early plate is being reproduced at this time. Only U.S. manufactured '32 model vehicles had a patent plate and it was the same on cars, commercial vehicles, and big trucks.
