Bill,
Here is the place that was given to me at the meeting Model A Club Thursday. It is not far from the Tacony Bridge on the Phila side of the river. http://www.mitchsautoservice.com/

The issue is to find a place that can turn model A type drums whether they are steel or cast iron. I sent an email to Mitch's http://www.mitchsautoservice.com/ but never heard anything back, so Bill is still searching.
