Does anyone have a diagram showing how to assemble the valve stem hardware for a late 1930 CCPU. I just bought new tires and and I'm changing to metal stem tubes. The Judging Standards has a line drawing but it doesn't show the rim location. Does the bridge washer and hex nut go inside the rim or on the outside? I have never really looked how they are set up on other cars.
