My gas fitting that goes on the carb is leaking. I had done the fitting with Permatex sealent but still leaked. When I removed the fitting, the ferrule did not come out.....
I looked in the hole and the furrule is stuck inside. (Jut to make 100% sure there should not be a brass fitting on the inside of the hole... ??) I must have had the gas line fitting not far enough up on the gas line and the furrule was off of the end of the gas line. I think if I remove the gas filter bolt I can get behid the stuck ferrule and tap it out... Thoughts??? Thanks!!! |

Yes I think so too, and it should come easy. Or you could lightly thread a sheet metal screw into it and pull it out. Good luck, Rancho
