Dose the door top windlace get sandwiched between the door header and the trim wood that screws up into the door header? Dose it face out toward the door or toward the inside of the cab? Thanks.

These pics should help. Note the front (on door) and top windlace were small with a 1/4" core I believe. The rear was the traditional 3/8" windlace and the same was used along the bottom of the door instead of rubber weatherstrip as folks expect.

Marco,
The wind lace at the top of the door is larger than the wind lace at the door front but smaller than the wind lace at the rear and door bottom. It is also important that the front and top wind lace have a flexible core since both are compressed when closing the door. |

You can see the rubber core in this shot.
