Does anyone have the dimensions for the wood blocks that mount the cab and bed to the frame? 1 ton is completely different than 1/2 ton and apparently not readily available for purchase.

I have some old pieces for the cab that could be used for templates. They came from a 39 express.

Try pm'ing Rustynut4247. He made those at one time and may still be able to. Note that 1938 and 1939 have different floorpans and different frames.

Yes, cabovers are different. Todd at one time or another made most of the body to frame blocks for most 1932-1941 pickups and trucks.

I will google Bruce too.
There isn’t much out there for big trucks. I guess there weren’t as many made and they take up more room. Thanks! |
