Default Generic auto transport question. Extra labor needed at load site.

Have an opportunity to pick up two vehicles 700 miles away. Ran when parked, but not driving now. Agency that is offering vehicles cannot provide any sort of loading assistance. So, if I get quotes from Uship or some other broker, if driver pulls up with winch truck and vehicles need to be pushed or rolled around a building to get to an exterior door, how do I arrange that?
Do I request during the bid quote process? Any comfort level that it will be adhered to and driver will show up by himself and I'll miss the loading deadline? Any way to contract with day labor when I don't know day or time of loading?
Not really practicle for me to drive up with empty trailer and load and bring back from here, so just inquiring how you would arrange such a shipment?

Vehicles are being donated, so I don't mind spending a few bucks. Vehicles are somewhat small, so two guys should be able to roll them to an outside roll up door for winching onto a truck or trailer.
I'll hang up and listen.
