Club member Lana Stephens in her 1916 Ford Model T Touring car participating at the Hill Climb event in the city of Signal Hill. She completed the 22% grade in 17.23 seconds. The original Model T Hill Climb event ran from 1956 to 1979. To celebrate the City’s 100th anniversary, a Hill Climb reenactment was held in September 2024 with 10 motorcars climbing the hill.
