Cool. I have a potential buyer for one of my greyhounds, who has a standard size 35 pick up, and I could not answer the question if it would fit on there properly or not, so any suggestions that I can pass on to him would be great. Thank you

That's the first reproduction dog with a free standing tail that I have ever seen.

You should check out the Parts classifieds then on the EFV-8C web site.
There is a whole litter available.

Don Sommer(American Arrow Corp) began made those free standing tail 34 Greyhounds around the mid 1970's until his passing. I bought one back then from him for around $100.They were of SS.

There is a Don Sommer one on Ebay now. Here is an original currently in the Hamb Classifieds .

Mmmm... Not sure the radiator caps shown are quite right for a truck. The correct cap (without a greyhound) is 46-8100-B which fits 1934 and 1935 Commercial and 1934, 1935 and 1936 Trucks. The car version, which is the one which seems to be in the pictures in Post #4 and #8 appear to be a different cap - maybe 1934 car??

I've not seen a radiator cap with a greyhound which will fit a 1935 truck other than a custom-made version. The picture or the 1935 truck in Post #1 might be one of those custom accessories made by someone.

All that said, I sure would like to have one.

Such a beautiful thing. I'd love to have something to put one on.

Here's an image of the 46-8100-B cap. Compare with the other photos and you can see the difference. Will the cap with the greyhound installed fit? I don't know but it would be really cool if it did.

I told my potential customer with the 35 pick up he can buy it and try it out, if it doesn’t work, he can return it for full refund
