Default Terminal Box

Hey guys I noticed yesterday my terminal box is broken all to hell! I have been battling a misfire rough running A for a few weeks now. Can this be an issue?
It’s mounting bolts are away from the fire wall. I’m running out of ideas. I have searched this forum so I have some things to try. Car was backfiring I found a broken intake manifold. Replaced it and the gaskets, soaked blew out and cleaned the carb, tried multiple rebuild carbs. I re gapped the points and now it runs even worse. Loss of power rough running and seems to be running warm.
Had to walk away from it last night. I have great fuel delivery. Clear cap shoes good spark. It much worse under load. I will change condenser today. Thanks for reading my rant I still consider myself green only a few years in this hobby and I recently Lost my Model A side Kick Brother at 53 years old who was my go to A Guy….. I will need some guidance sometimes and thank you all for your help.
