Were Model A's built or assembled in New Zealand? There seems to be a lot of right hand drive cars there.

Driving's a blast, a blast from the past.

I like & enjoy that you rally your Model A's through all kinds of New Zealand's terrain. It would horrify American Model A'ers to do a rally like yours.

WOW what an adventure, the New Zealanders are a fun bunch of people, I can't imagine how much time and planing went into that rally. It looked extremely cold, thankfully they were smart enough to have Baileys antifreeze.

I am no expert but understand that they were imported new from Canada .

I am hoping to make it next year ,still waiting to get my cam re-ground before I can complete the rebuild.

Not sure all those drivers would pass a road side test if you know what I mean

Those open car occupants are made out of special stuff IMHO.

Even though Australia and New Zealand are different countries, we don't need any visa or entry permit to visit each other. I've always wanted to do the Irishman and thought I had it organised until my friend with a Model A in NZ was diagnosed with MND. He had gone now but my desire remains.
I recognise lots of faces and cars in that video and knew immediately that it was on the Canterbury Plains at the start. They were made to be driven - not looked at
Paint and Chrome aint gonna get ya home!
Thanks for posting.
