Help with 41 Ford Super Deluxe

I just bought a '41 Ford convertible, and I need help with a few things. First, I want to replace the bakelite "bezel" on my radio, but can't get the knobs off. Shouldn't they just pull off? Second, how do you remove the clock? Do you first have to take out the glove box? Seems that way. And third, does anyone know where I can get an inside sun visor bracket for the right side? Thanks for any help I can get.
