Default F100 brakes

Is there any kind of an adapter to mount 35 spoke wheelers on F 100 brakes ?

The 35 drums have a step to accept the spoke wheels where the f 100 are flat

Thanks, Rick

Yes, there is an adapter that has a ring around the center to support the wheel near the lug nut. Very common, speedway, ebay etc.

You need something like these. There are other vendors that offer them besides just the "Early Ford Store".

Check e-Bay for wheel spacers. A big variety of thickness and bolt patterns.

You should not use an ordinary wheel spacer to mount the 35 wheels on later drums as it needs a special support as indicated above.

F-1 drums and hubs work better. You will need the support rings. I don’t know if you will need a spacer as well. If nobody answers, I could assemble some parts and check.

I went and put a F-1 drum in a 32 wheel. It will require a 1" spacer and a support ring to seat. The F-1 drum uses a thinner spacer than a F100.
The side shot showed how bad it looks. Not good for steering either.
Thee best solution may be to buy the repo Lincoln backing plates

Never throw away any 32 parts. The wheel was from when I made the support rings. It has been repurposed again and has a socket for my torch holder

I run a Maverick rear end in my 32. It requires spacers to mount 56 PU wheels. The wire wheels fit just fine. The drums are 10" and fit inside the wheel.

The mounting surface is recessed on the Ford spoke wheels and because of that a spacer is necessary . The Speedway spacer does both ,creates a flat surface for the wheel and support ring is machined as part of the adapter
