30-31 Deluxe Roadster Wiper Shaft

The 30-31 Deluxe Roadster windshield chrome wiper motor mounts on the frame using a bracket and the wiper blade shaft is on top of the frame. When I put down the car top, I snapped off the wiper shaft. The motor has two small screws on the top by a “face plate” that you see when looking at it.

I have had no luck finding a parts wiper motor that I can use the shaft to fix my motor.

Does anybody know where a parts wiper might be hiding?
