Universal joint help

On a 50 model does it matter which position the front yoke is in. I know it will only go two ways but does it matter which way it is.
I put in new universal joints but didn't pay attention to which way I put I.
I have a vibration above 45 or so. I can get up to 60 or so and kick it in neutral and feel it down to about 45. Thanks
