I just bought the new pins that position the seat 2” further back. I forgot that I installed seat belts many years ago. With difficulty I was only just able to make everything fit. Hope this saves someone else from this problem.

That's what I thought he meant. When I got my Tudor, the previous owner was well over 6 ft tall and had installed adjustable mounts from a vendors. They worked well but I don't need them so they are on the shelf
