Good morning. Are washers needed between individual terminal lug connections in the Terminal Box?

No. Stack all the wire terminals on top of each other, put a washer on top of all of them, and then a nut that is tightened.

Put a lock washer between the nut and the flat washer, or use a nylock nut.
