Looks like about 1948. Where are all the people down below watching this stunt?? Years ago, I had a job working on very high antenna's, not much safety ropes either. Spent many hours atop the Hancock Tower & the Prudential Tower in Boston erecting 20' paging antennas on their roof tops. The cars below looked like tiny ants. I quit that job after 3 years- couldn't take it anymore.
