I found a local paint store that matched the paint on my hood and put it in a spray can.

Neil, can you share the name of your paint store? I was thinking of doing the same. My car is a driver and the paint isn't that good to start with, but my hood has worn thin in places.

Almost any good automotive paint store can do that.

Not so much in California. Too many restrictions. I’ve found it increasingly difficult to get automotive paint in rattle cans, much less properly color matched. Surprised Neil was able do it, he lives smack in the middle of the South Coast Air Quality Management District.

Move to a new state. I'm not sure why you people put up with all the nonsense.

Marital harmony, for one.

Be cautious. Our Governor has his eye in the White House,

There was no formula on the can.
I called the company and they said they don't record the formula. They just mix until it matches.
