Default 1930 Ford Coupe Floor Pan Dimples? Up/Down

Are the floor pan dimples (Bumps) go up or down for a 1930/31 Ford Coupe?
Middle panel can be installed up or down...

Dimples UP!! Thanks! Been a very long project. Model A has been in boxes for decades. :-). Had to stop and go with life events. Just did an early retirement at age 56 and really having fun with it. Thanks again for your support...
