Basco Key blanks

The suppliers have been indicating that the BASCO key blanks for 30-31 round speedo setups (A-11582-C) are out of stock. Earlier this year some of the suppliers were estimating when the new supply would be received but currently they just indicate out of stock.

Did the shipments arrive and sell out quickly or has that little factory in China just delayed making them?
