Cool Badly leaking water pump V8 - 60 - 1937

Okay, so the coupe is running really well after all the help from you guys and now one of the new water pumps has started to leak pretty badly. Now, these were installed before I got this replacement engine and dropped it in. I also have two brand new ones from my pervious changed out motor which the block was cracked beyond repair. (non tapered)

Whats the process in tightening (I'm going to need a special spanner right?) or replacing. Can it bone done with the motor in the car?

Dameon (from Australia).
