Default 1946 Green colour code/name

I’m restoring a 1946 F-100 and can’t find the colour code or name for the dark green. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Ford Barn. With a bit of patience you can get a lot of good advice on restoring your 46 Ford here.

With the two disclaimers that 1) internet pictures and computer screens are notorious for color shades changing and 2) I don't have paint chips in front of me, that looks a bit like Village Green to me.
You can find several websites that list 1946 Ford paint colors and codes, I don't have a recommendation on who does a good job. Here are two examples of websites https://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorco...Ford&year=1946 and https://www.autocolorlibrary.com/pag...HorizontalTab3, there are others.

Be aware that the color shades varied a bit when the trucks were new, not all batches were exactly the same. The best bet to match that color is to take a part of the truck with a sample, like the glove box door, to a paint supplier and have it color matched in person.
Just FYI, Ford did not start calling their pickups "F-100" until 1953. From 1948 to 1952 the half tons were "F-1". Your 1946 is simply a Ford Pickup.

Village Green was the Ford green color in 4, Greenfield Green in 47. Hard to tell the difference side by side. Ford had a lot of GREEN paint left over from WW2 so most 46 & 47 models were Green. 46 & 47 1/2 pickups were called Commercial pickups, 46 & 47 1ton pickups were Express models, F series started in 48.
