Even Don was young once. I know he started with a flathead, but switched to a hemi very early on. That Oldsmobile appears to have a one piece windshield which makes it a 1950 which was probably a new car when the picture was taken. (OK, OK, it could be an early 1951 88 series, but that fits as well.)
