I've had my two door apart for so long that I don't remember how the small brackets are arranged on the side of the radiator. They include the hood hold down brackets.
Could someone with an original style radiator provide a photo showing them installed? Thank you in advance Tim |

Robert,
The lower bracket in your photos is installed upside down. The photo below shows variations in both the upper and lower brackets in terms of including/excluding the D (clinch) nut and size of the upper bracket. The brackets shown are for passenger car, sedan delivery, and station wagon V8 radiators. Both the upper and lower brackets differ for four-cylinder passenger car (etc.) radiators. |
