Default Air filter

Can somebody point me at a cool air filter for the 94? There are lots of them for the Stromberg but they won’t work on a 94 without some kind of modification to either the filter or the carbuerator (that I’m aware of).

you may have a truck 94 with a lip. There are a plethora of filters available for the car 94s. Just change out the air horn, adjust the float level, and you're good to go.
One caution on those cutsie little chrome jobbers... They are far too restrictive on air flow, affecting your fuel/air mixture and top end.

Thanks for the link. So, just to be certain, those filters would not be too restrictive?

Apparently it is a truck carbuerator and I don’t have a stash of 94 stuff. I got lots of 97 stuff but no 94

jeep guy…..check over on the HAMB. Someone there will know him. When I got mine I talked to the maker directly. He apologized because he to chaperone a class trip with his daughter and would make them when he got back……I still got them in less than a week…seemed like a real first class guy to deal with……you put a small paper filter inside them….charley ny (another first class guy)recommended them…….Mark

Heres how I modified the air cleaner on my ‘41. I gutted the oil bath parts and cut a plate for the bottom of the air filter. I drilled holes around the edge. I took everything to my local NAPA and the flathead guy took measurements and looked through a book that had air filter measurements in it, and he came up with this part # seen below. The gray piece is a foam floor mat that I used to take up some space.
