I have been trying to adjust my brakes. Just wondering if you start on the top or bottom, and if there is a sequence? Thanks again, Ron

I do not have a brake pedal jack, and usually not a human assistant.
Can the lower eccentric adjustment be accomplished by using the top adjustment to put the top of the shoes against the drum, and then adjust the bottom to get contact. Then back off of the top adjustment to where it is not dragging? |
