The two guys standing there look like detectives, which goes with the absence of lights and siren.

Yes, they look like model B's. Nice looking coupes. My grandfather had a '32 B 5-window. He sold it in the early 1990's to a Ford dealer near Richmond, VA. I wish I knew where that car is now.
