Default Door and side window flet/trim 1935 Tudor sedan

I need some window install help. I have a Vintique install kit and it appears the accompanying felt strips go all the way around the window frame. However, there is already a much more sensible felt retainer, (track), in the upper side, (top), of the window. Did you leave it in place? Did you replace it with the thin stuff from Vintique? What about the pieces that go to the front and rear of the window? They appear to be guide tracks. Do they stay in place too? Getting up with Vintique is not an option as I have found nothing that suggests they can be called or contacted in any way. Thanks.

Call CW Moss as they handle a lot of Vintique parts. 800-322-1932.
