How long did Ford make the 'Open Cab Pickup'? Not many more years, I would guess....

I have seen pics of 33-34 models but I'm not sure they were factory made.

This Thread should be in with the Early V8 (1932-1953)

You asked when was the last Roadster Pickup?
The last year for the Roadster Ute in Australia was 1938.

Interesting that they call it a 'utility'. Is 'pickup' not the common term in Australia?

Chuck, Beside the Utes, Australia also offered these light trucks, but we didn't call them Pink-Ups?

A lot of people don't know it, but the grill bars don't connect to the center strip on 38 Ford trucks like the red one above. They do on the 39.

In Canada we called light trucks 1/2 tons, 3/4 tons or one tons, nowadays they tend to be called pickups, (the American influence of Canadian English).

What would be the rating on a model A and T pickup? did they rate them like the later pickups?

At Hershey, there just might be someone who just has to have it! Also, it might be a case of, "Yes, dear, I agree it has to go; I'll advertise it for sale this week. "
