Any idea what year and manufacturer this jack is correct for? It came with a bunch of other stuff. A rod goes in the hole and then it is raised by moving the rod left to right. There is an Up and Down switch.

I have several of those, I like em. They are just an aftermarket item I believe, however, the wwII jeep jack is nearly identical, and will have US stamped in one corner. They will sell, the others are 5 bucks at best

You are right, virtually identical to A-1240 WWII MB GPW GPA JACK
The top is a little different and the base is just a bit longer.
