Default 15 inch whitewall tires

Are there any American made classic radial tires . Looking for radial tires that have the look of a bias tire.

A google brought up several brands/sellers. Coker Tire topped the list but there are others out there.

The White Wall Candy Store and Diamond Back Tires are also well known shops. I’ve had a couple sets of DB’s and a set of WWCS cheaters. All fine for balance and driving. I’ve also never had a problem with Coker.

There’s also plenty of high quality tires made by non US companies, some in US plants, some not. And US brands made overseas. You just need to do the research.

None of them are cheap.

I'm running Toyo tires from diamondback with 2 3/4" whitewalls. Been on the car about 4 years, so far so good. BTW they are USA made.

I am running "American Classic" bias look radial wide whites on my '55 Courier wagon. They are approx the same overall measurements as the OEM 670x15 tires. They have them in other sizes too. Available from Coker and some of the more well-known repro parts suppliers that offer tires.

Yeah, but those Nankang tires are probably too wide to fit on a '55/56 Ford. If he wanted to go with modern radials, I recommend P205/75R15's on the front and P215/75R15's on the rear. They will fit and not rub up against front ball joints or rear tire-well. But they are not available in wide-whites.
Thats why I went with the American Classic bias look radials. They are excellent tires and available in WW, but very pricey now, but I wanted the OEM tire look.
